My daughter has been asking me to make her a mocktail for about a month now, she got quickly tired of mixing orange juice and sparkling water in the glass. I was looking for a mocktail which would be healthy for a child, without sugar or any of the fizzy, sugary drinks.
Berry burst mocktail recipe is so easy to make, using all the seasonal berries and you can do it together with your child.
Your child can put all the berries inside a cocktail shaker and add the juices. Shake it together to make a funny sound and serve it in the glass with ice, also add some berries for decoration.Â

Let's make Berry Blaster mocktail
Ingredients:
- 7 each Fresh Raspberries
- 3 each Fresh Blackberries
- 50 ml Pomegranate Juice
- 25 ml Apple Juice
- 12 ml Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp of Honey
- Ice
Method:
- Fill up half of the cocktail shaker with ice
- Add all the ingredients and shake well for 45/60 sec
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled up if ice
- Enjoy

Use runny honey as it will mix easily with the liquid of the cocktail.
Do you find this cocktail a little bit sour, try adding an extra spoon of honey.
