What is St-Germain made of?
The liquor is made from elderflower – small, white starry flowers. Which blossom during the spring and summer, this flower is very commonly used in Europe.
What does Cointreau taste like?
Cointreau is made in France from oranges. This sweet liquor can be used as digestive and aperitif.

Hints and Tips
Make the cocktail extra bubbly and substitute soda with Prosecco. If you do not have a cocktail stamper, feel free to use a small wooden or plastic rolling pin in side the shaker. 1 shot is equivalent to 25ml.Can I substitute the ingredients?
St-Germain spritz is easy to make, you can substitute St-Germain with Fiorente (Italian elderflower liquor). I prefer to use St-Germain as it is commonly available in the supermarkets.
Instead of Cointreau you could use Gran Marnier is another French orange flavoured liquor.
In my opinion, you could be as flexible as you wish.
We hope you enjoyed this amazingly refreshing St-Germain spritz cocktail. Serve it as an aperitif, enjoy it with your friends and family.
