St-Germain spritz

St-Germain spritz cocktail is a citrus sensation with a hint of elderflower. Truly refreshing during the hot summer month and will take only 3 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 5 each mint leaves
  • 2 shots shots Couintraue
  • 3 shots Soda
  • 1 shot St-Germain elderflower liquor
  • 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  • Start by lightly muddling mint in the base of the shaker (just to bruise) with cocktail stamper
  • Add ice to the shaker and pour in Couintraue, St-Germain and lime juice
  • Shake well
  • Pour into a gin glass filled up with crushed ice-cubes
  • Top up with soda and stir gently
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Hints and Tips

Make the cocktail extra bubbly and substitute soda with Prosecco.
If you do not have a cocktail stamper, feel free to use a small wooden or plastic rolling pin in side the shaker.
1 shot is equivalent to 25ml.
