How to make a Negroni cocktail? This classic aperitif could not be easier and simpler to make. A classic combination of Campari, Gin and sweet Vermont gives Negroni a bittersweet flavour. Sweetness from Martini Rosso gets contra balanced with the bitterness of the Campari and gin. Giving Negroni an utterly unique and acquired taste.

Equipment

  • Old fashion glass
  • Cocktail stirrer
  • Cocktail measure

Ingredients

  • 1 shot Campari
  • 1 shot Gin
  • 1 shot Martini Rosso
  • Orange peel for decoration

Instructions

  • Add some ice in to the old fashion glass
  • Pour in Campari, Gin and Martini Rosso
  • Stir the mixture
  • Add orange peel for decoration
  • Enjoy

Notes

Hint and Tips

You can add the mixture to the cocktail shaker, then stir it and sieve into the glass. Negroni is not supposed to be shaken, but only stirred. Therefore, no need for a shaker!
