Aperol Spritz

Aperol spritz drink is so easy and quick to make, just add Aperol, Pinot Grigio together and top up with soda. That is it! Could not be simpler to enjoy a summary Italian aperitif anywhere you are in the world!

Equipment

  • Wine glass
  • Cocktail measure

Ingredients

  • 3 shots Pinot Grigio
  • 2 shots Aperol
  • Top up with soda
  • 1 slice of orange to garnish

Instructions

  • 1 - Fill the wine glass with ice
  • 2- Pour the ingredients in the wine glass in order
  • 3- Stir the cocktail mixture using a cocktail stirrer
  • 4 -Add a slice of orange for Garnish

Hint and Tips
You can substitute wine with Prosecco using the same ratio just top it up with soda afterwards.
