Sauteed Spinach with Garlic
Fantastic simple sauteed spinach recipe with garlic and olive oil. Great accompanied for any dish, so healthy and full of nutritional benefits!

- 500 g Spinach
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Carefully rinse the spinach under cold water
Removing any dirt and grit, then drain the leaves leaving just a little water clinging to the leaves
Thinly slice the garlic cloves and place in a cold large pan with the olive oil.
Place the pan on a gentle heat and let the garlic get to the golden colour. It will infuse the olive oil with garlic and add a subtle taste to it.
Add the spinach and a bit of seasoning, then carefully fold with a silicon spatula until the leaves are evenly wilted.
Cook for a further 2 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Using a slotted spoon lift the spinach and place in a serving bowl.
